Three-pole miniature circuit breaker provides current-limiting branch and feeder circuit protection for North American switchgear applications. It has a D tripping characteristic, 16 A rated current, and 480Y/277 V UL voltage rating. The breaker mounts on an IEC/EN 60715 top-hat rail and uses twin-purpose finger-safe terminals. It operates from -25 °C to 75 °C and has IP20 protection, or IP40 when fitted. The device is RoHS conform and certified to UL 489, CSA C22.2 No. 5, and IEC/EN 60947-2 requirements.
