Flanged RF termination handles 20 W power over a DC to 6.0 GHz frequency range. The 50 ohm thick-film resistive element is specified with ±5% resistance tolerance and 1.25:1 VSWR across the rated band. The termination uses a beryllium oxide ceramic substrate, alumina ceramic cover, nickel-plated copper mounting flange, and 99% pure silver leads. Operation is rated from -55 °C to 150 °C with power derating shown in the datasheet. Tape-and-reel packaging is available for pick-and-place manufacturing.
