Residual current add-on block provides Type A-SI earth-leakage protection for a 1P+N AC circuit. It is rated for 40 A at 230 V AC with 300 mA instantaneous residual-current sensitivity and voltage-independent tripping. The device mounts on a 35 mm symmetrical DIN rail and connects to a circuit breaker by screw terminals. It is specified for 50/60 Hz networks, IP2 protection, operation from -25 °C to 70 °C, and compliance with IEC 60947-2 and EN 61009.
