Coaxial surge protector provides slim in-line protection for equipment connected to RF coaxial lines. The 50 Ω device operates from DC to 5.8 GHz with DC continuity for remote powering and supports up to 60 W CW RF power. It uses a permanently installed, non-replaceable gas discharge tube with 200 V static spark voltage and 10 kA single-pulse surge current handling capability. The main path uses an unprotected TNC male port and a protected TNC female port with MH4 bulkhead mounting on the protected side. It operates from -40 °C to 85 °C, has an IP20 rating, and is RoHS compliant with exemption 6c while containing lead above the REACH SVHC threshold.
