Gas discharge tube protector provides 350 V DC sparkover with ±15% tolerance at 100 V/s. The two-electrode 6 x 8 mm tube has 600 V impulse sparkover at 100 V/µs, 875 V at 1000 V/µs, less than 1 pF capacitance at 1 MHz, and insulation resistance greater than 100 GΩ at 100 V. The device operates from -40 °C to 85 °C, stores from -55 °C to 125 °C, and weighs 1.8 g. Unmated ingress protection is rated IP66 and IP68 according to IEC 60529.
