Gas discharge tube provides 470 V DC sparkover protection with a ±15% tolerance at 100 V/s. The two-electrode 6 x 8 mm device is supplied without a holder and is specified to ITU-T K.12. It supports impulse discharge current of at least one operation at 30 kA with an 8/20 µs waveform. Electrical characteristics include less than 1 pF capacitance at 1 MHz, greater than 100 GΩ insulation resistance at 100 V, and operation from -40 °C to 85 °C.
