Residual current circuit breaker provides four-pole Type A earth-leakage protection with 30 mA sensitivity and instantaneous trip operation. The device is rated for 40 A AC networks at 230/400 V and operates at 50/60 Hz. It has a 440 V insulation voltage, 6 kV impulse withstand rating, and 1500 A rated breaking and making capacity to IEC 61008. The grey DIN-rail style device uses tunnel terminals for flexible and rigid conductors and has 20,000-cycle mechanical durability.
