This redundancy module decouples two 12 V DC to 24 V DC power supplies with diodes to increase system availability in redundant DC supply architectures. It supports a nominal input current of 2 x 10 A and delivers a nominal output current of 20 A with a typical input-to-output voltage drop of 0.5 V and efficiency above 97%. The unit uses push-in input connections and screw output connections, mounts on a horizontal NS 35 DIN rail, and fits in a 35 mm wide metal housing with IP20 protection. It operates from -25 °C to 70 °C with derating above 60 °C and is specified for storage from -40 °C to 85 °C.
