This omnipolar digital magnetoresistive sensor integrates a magnetoresistive bridge on silicon, a band-gap regulator, and a digital current-sinking output in a plastic 3-pin U-pack. It operates from a 3.8 Vdc to 30 Vdc supply and responds to either a North or South magnetic pole applied parallel to the sensor. The device is designed for very low magnetic fields with a 25 Gauss maximum operate point and supports operation from -40 °C to 150 °C. This catalog listing uses straight 14.99 mm leads and is supplied in bulk packaging with 1000 units per bag.
