3M Electrically Conductive Adhesive Transfer Tape 9703 is a pressure sensitive adhesive (PSA) transfer tape with anisotropic electrical conductivity. It is filled with silver conductive particles that allow interconnection through the adhesive thickness (Z-axis) while remaining electrically insulating in the plane (XY-axis). It requires no thermal curing and is designed for grounding, EMI shielding, and bonding medium pitch flexible circuits to PCBs or LCD screens.
