SMPM male shroud driver is a removal and installation tool for SMPM shrouded male interfaces using a catcher’s-mitt detent. The tool supports 500 mating cycles in smooth-bore use and 100 mating cycles in full-detent use. It has 2.5 lb smooth-bore insertion force, 1.5 lb smooth-bore withdrawal force, 4.5 lb full-detent insertion force, and 6.5 lb full-detent withdrawal force. The design is rated for -65°C to +165°C and is specified for MIL-STD-202 vibration, shock, thermal shock, moisture resistance, salt spray, and altitude test conditions. The product is RoHS compliant and does not contain REACH SVHC above 0.1% by weight.
