3M Low Static Polyimide Film Tape 5419 is a translucent, gold-colored polyimide film-backed tape with a silicone adhesive. It is specifically engineered for high-temperature applications such as solder masking for printed circuit boards. It features a proprietary technology that results in extremely low electrostatic discharge (ESD) at unwind and removal from the PWB, significantly reducing the risk of damage to sensitive electronic components. The tape is flame retardant, chemical resistant, and radiation resistant, maintaining its physical properties under extreme thermal conditions.
