3M Thermally Conductive Acrylic Interface Pad 5578H is a high-performance thermal interface material designed to provide a preferential heat-transfer path between heat-generating components and heat sinks or other cooling devices. It consists of a highly conformable, slightly tacky acrylic elastomer loaded with thermally conductive fillers. This pad provides excellent thermal conductivity (approx. 3.0 W/m-K) and electrical insulation. It is designed to be soft and conformable, allowing it to fill gaps and irregular surfaces effectively.
