The National Instruments 779640-01 (USB-6525) is an industrial, bus-powered USB digital I/O device featuring 16 channels of isolated I/O. It provides eight channel-to-channel isolated digital inputs that support signals up to ±60 VDC and eight channel-to-channel isolated solid-state relay (SSR) outputs with a switching capacity of 60 VDC or 30 Vrms at 500 mA. The device includes a 32-bit, 5 kHz event counter and advanced industrial features such as change detection, programmable power-up states, watchdog timers, and digital filtering. It is designed for demanding automation and control applications, including motor, valve, and pump control.
