Miniature coaxial surge protector uses fixed gas discharge tube technology for protection against surge, NSL, ESD and HEMP threats. The 50 Ω inline device operates from DC to 3 GHz with typical return loss of at least 20 dB and typical insertion loss of 0.25 dB or less. It supports 28 V DC supply continuity, 2 A DC current and up to 30 W CW power. The protected path uses a TNC jack to MMCX jack configuration with bulkhead mounting, IP68 unmated ingress protection and a -40 °C to 85 °C operating range.
