3M Electrically Conductive Adhesive Transfer Tape 9703 is a low-outgassing, pressure-sensitive adhesive (PSA) transfer tape with anisotropic Z-axis electrical conductivity. It is filled with silver conductive particles that enable interconnections through the adhesive thickness between substrates while remaining electrically insulating in the X-Y plane. It is designed for EMI shielding, grounding, and bonding electronic substrates such as flexible circuits, PCBs, and LCD screens. It requires no thermal curing and provides good adhesion to common substrates including copper, gold, FR-4 epoxy, and stainless steel.
