3M™ Electrically Conductive Adhesive Transfer Tape 9703 is a low-outgassing, Z-axis anisotropic electrically conductive pressure sensitive adhesive (CPSA) tape. It contains silver conductive particles that allow electrical interconnection through the adhesive thickness (Z-axis) while maintaining electrical insulation in the plane of the tape (X-Y axis). This tape is designed for EMI shielding, grounding, and connection of electronic substrates such as flexible circuits and printed circuit boards.
