3M™ Electrically Conductive Adhesive Transfer Tape 9703 is a pressure-sensitive adhesive (PSA) transfer tape with anisotropic electrical conductivity. The adhesive matrix is filled with silver particles enabling interconnections through the adhesive thickness (Z-axis) while remaining electrically insulating in the plane of the adhesive (X-Y axis). It is designed for grounding, EMI shielding, and bonding flexible circuits to rigid PCBs or LCD screens without the need for thermal curing.
