Filter regulator and mist separator combination unit conditions compressed air in modular FRL assemblies. The AC30D configuration uses NPT 1/4 ports, a square embedded pressure gauge with limit indicator, and right-to-left flow direction. Standard AC30D-D specifications include 1.0 MPa maximum operating pressure, 1.5 MPa proof pressure, and a 0.05 to 0.85 MPa regulator set-pressure range. The mist separator section provides 0.3 µm nominal filtration with 99.9% filtered particle size and a 450 L/min ANR maximum flow capacity. The unit is rated for air service from -5 to 60 °C without freezing and uses polycarbonate bowls with standard polycarbonate bowl guards.
