It provides at least 100 kV/µs common-mode transient immunity, up to 1414 Vpeak IEC working insulation, and 5000 VRMS UL insulation rating. The device operates from a 15 V to 30 V supply, supports industrial temperatures from -40 °C to 105 °C, and is housed in a surface-mount SO-16 package with 8.3 mm creepage and clearance.
