Operating from a single 2.5V to 5.5V supply, they provide an integral nonlinearity of 0.75LSB and interface via SPI serial communication. Packaged in a 16-lead TSSOP with tin-matte contact plating, these RoHS compliant converters are supplied on tape and reel.
