Single-channel, 12-bit digital-to-analog converter (DAC) featuring a 125 kS/s conversion rate and an on-chip voltage reference with 5 ppm/°C temperature drift. This nanoDAC® offers bipolar and unipolar output polarity, a voltage output type, and a 5V operating supply voltage. Interface options include SPI and 3-wire serial communication. The component is housed in a compact MSOP package with matte tin contact plating, measuring 3mm in length, 1.7mm in width, and 1.3mm in height. Integral nonlinearity is specified at 1 LSB, with a settling time of 8 µs and a slew rate of 1.5 V/µs.
