Dual 14-bit Digital-to-Analog Converter (DAC) featuring a 5 ppm/°C on-chip voltage reference. This nanoDAC™ offers a 250 kS/s conversion rate and a 3.5 µs settling time. It operates from a single 2.7V to 5.5V supply and communicates via an SPI serial interface. The device provides a unipolar voltage output with an integral nonlinearity of 4 LSB. Packaged in MSOP with gold contact plating, it is RoHS compliant and suitable for operation between -40°C and 105°C.
