16-bit unipolar Analog-to-Digital Converter (ADC) featuring a 500 kSPS sampling rate and PulSAR® technology. This differential input ADC offers 16-bit resolution with an Integral Nonlinearity (INL) of 6LSB and Differential Nonlinearity (DNL) of -2LSB. Operating from a 4.75V to 5.25V supply, it provides an 86dB Signal-to-Noise Ratio (SNR) and interfaces via SPI. Housed in an LFCSP EP package with tin, matte contact plating, this component operates across a -40°C to 85°C temperature range with a maximum power dissipation of 90mW.
