This general-purpose ADC offers a 93.5dB Signal-to-Noise Ratio (SNR) with a Differential Nonlinearity (DNL) of 0.7 LSB and Integral Nonlinearity (INL) of 3 LSB. Operating from a single 2.3V to 5.5V supply, it has a maximum power dissipation of 15mW. The component is housed in a compact MSOP package with gold contact plating, suitable for a wide operating temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.
