14-bit, single-channel, serial Analog-to-Digital Converter (ADC) featuring a true bipolar input and a 5V single supply. This general-purpose ADC offers a 200 kS/s sampling rate with a 78dB Signal-to-Noise Ratio (SNR) and a fast 4.5 µs conversion time. It boasts excellent linearity with Integral Nonlinearity (INL) and Differential Nonlinearity (DNL) of ±2 LSB and -1 LSB respectively, and a full-scale error of 4 LSB. The device operates from a 4.75V to 5.25V supply, consuming a maximum of 27.5mW, and interfaces via a 2-wire SPI serial protocol. Packaged in an 8-pin R-type configuration, it supports a single-ended input up to 2.625V.
