This single-channel, differential input ADC offers a 98dB Signal-to-Noise Ratio (SNR) and excellent linearity with Integral Nonlinearity (INL) of 2LSB and Differential Nonlinearity (DNL) of -0.85LSB. Operating from a 2.375V to 2.625V supply, it consumes a mere 7mW of power. The component is housed in an LFCSP EP package and communicates via an SPI interface, supporting a maximum input voltage of 5.1V.
