High-speed, low-cost operational amplifier featuring 80MHz -3dB bandwidth and 80V/µs slew rate. This single-channel FET-input amplifier offers a 40MHz gain bandwidth product, 92dB voltage gain, and 100dB CMRR/PSRR. Operating from a minimum dual supply of 2.5V up to a maximum of 12V (or single supply 5V to 24V), it draws 3.5mA quiescent current and delivers 60mA output current per channel. Designed with 1.5pA input bias current and 2.3pF input capacitance, this RoHS compliant component is supplied in a 1000-piece tape and reel package.
