Modular mist separator for compressed-air preparation removes fine oil mist and particles from pneumatic lines. The AFM40 body size supports 1/2 inch NPT porting and uses air as the working fluid. It is rated for 1.0 MPa maximum operating pressure with a 1.5 MPa proof pressure and operates from -5 to 60 °C without freezing. The separator has a 0.3 µm nominal filtration rating, 1100 L/min ANR rated flow, a polycarbonate bowl, standard bowl guard, and 45 cm3 drain capacity.
