The AP53781 is a highly integrated USB Type-C PD3.2 Dual-Role Power (DRP) controller supporting Extended Power Range (EPR) and Adjustable Voltage Supply (AVS) up to 28V, as well as Standard Power Range (SPR) up to 21V. It operates without an external MCU, utilizing external resistor settings for RDO and PDO selection. The device integrates Rp/Rd termination resistors, dead-battery mode support, and VFB feedback for external DC/DC controllers, while offering comprehensive safety protections including 34V short-to-VBUS protection on CC pins.
