The maxiGRIP, maxiFLOW BGA heat sink is a passive thermal management component with a thermal resistance of 3.5°C/W at 100 LFM forced air flow. It is available in a 10-pack bulk packaging configuration. The heat sink is made of anodized aluminium with a blue finish and measures 29mm in length and 17.5mm in height. It has a clip mount and is designed for use in BGA packages.
