The ATS-CP-1000 is a high-performance aluminum finned cold plate designed primarily for cooling high-power electronics such as IGBT modules. It features an internal mini-channel fin design that provides more than 30% improvement in thermal performance compared to standard cold plates. It can transfer 1kW of heat with a 5.5°C temperature difference between the base and inlet fluid at a flow rate of 4 L/min. The plate is compatible with industry-accepted coolants and includes NPT threaded input and output ports.
