The BC833M is a compact, high-performance Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) 5.2, Thread, and Zigbee module based on the Nordic nRF52833 QDAA SoC. It features an integrated ARM Cortex M4F processor with 512KB Flash and 128KB RAM. The module includes an integrated PCB trace antenna and is designed for low power consumption, supporting direct power supply from Lithium batteries or USB (up to 5.5V). It supports Direction Finding (AoA/AoD), Bluetooth Coded PHY, and includes 128-bit AES HW encryption. The module is fully certified for FCC, IC, CE, and RCM compliance.
