Stop valve assembly for CH hydraulic cylinder air-hydro applications provides load-holding and intermediate-stop functionality in SMC CC series circuits. The associated CC air-hydro valve units operate with turbine oil from 40 to 100 mm²/s and support 0 to 0.7 MPa operating pressure depending on the valve function. Stop valve use is specified for meter-out control, with paired head-side and rod-side valves recommended when stopping motion in both directions. The 5D suffix corresponds to a 24 VDC solenoid valve voltage with DIN terminal electrical entry in the CC series catalog ordering code.
