Lock-up cylinder is a double-acting, single-rod pneumatic actuator with a built-in magnet for auto-switch use. The 140 mm bore and 660 mm stroke configuration uses a basic mounting style and piston-extension locking. The spring-lock unit operates in one direction with 0.2 MPa or higher release pressure and 0.05 MPa or lower lock start pressure. The cylinder is non-lube, air-cushioned, and rated for 0.97 MPa maximum operating pressure with 50 to 200 mm/s piston speed.
