Fine lock pneumatic cylinder has a double-acting, single-rod construction with a compact lock mechanism for intermediate stops, emergency stops, and drop prevention. The basic-style actuator uses a 20 mm bore and 75 mm stroke with spring and pneumatic locking in both stroke directions. It operates with air, requires no lubrication, and uses rubber bumper cushioning. The cylinder is rated for 1.5 MPa proof pressure, 1.0 MPa maximum operating pressure, and 0.08 MPa minimum operating pressure. Operation is specified from -10 to 70 °C without an auto switch and at piston speeds from 50 to 500 mm/s within allowable kinetic-energy limits.
