Compact pneumatic cylinder with lock provides double-acting, single-rod actuation with a 20 mm bore and 30 mm stroke. The cylinder uses air as the working fluid and supports 0.2 to 1.0 MPa operating pressure with a 1.5 MPa proof pressure. A spring-locking exhaust-lock mechanism provides extension-direction locking with a 157 N maximum static holding force. The body uses through-hole and both-ends-tapped mounting, an M5 x 0.8 port size, rubber bumper cushioning, and non-lube operation from -10 to 70 °C without an auto switch.
