Round-body pneumatic air cylinder uses a double-acting, single-rod actuator configuration with a 25 mm bore and 50 mm stroke. Air-cushion construction supports piston speeds from 50 to 1000 mm/s and provides 0.78 J allowable kinetic energy for the 25 mm bore size. The cylinder is rated for air service with 1.5 MPa proof pressure, 1.0 MPa maximum operating pressure, and 0.05 MPa minimum operating pressure. The head-side flange mounting style and non-lube design support compact machine-actuator installations.
