Vane-style pneumatic rotary actuator provides 270-degree single-vane rotation in a 100 mm body size. The actuator uses non-lubricated air with a 0.15 to 1.0 MPa operating pressure range and a 1.5 MPa proof pressure. Foot mounting, side porting, NPT port threads, and a double-shaft long-shaft key configuration are selected for this orderable configuration. The unit supports a 0.1 to 1 s per 90-degree rotation time adjustment range and operates with ambient and fluid temperatures from 5 to 60 °C.
