Typical RMS phase jitter is 0.23 ps, and available frequency stability options include ±10, ±20, ±25, and ±50 ppm. The family is offered in 3.2 x 2.5 mm and 7.0 x 5.0 mm 6-pin packages and supports automotive temperature grades up to -40°C to 105°C.
