Automotive AEC-Q100 programmable MEMS oscillator with LVCMOS/LVTTL output and frequency options from 1 MHz to 110 MHz. It operates from either a 1.8 V supply or a 2.25 V to 3.63 V supply range and offers total frequency stability options down to ±20 ppm. The device supports operation up to 125°C with an extended cold option to -55°C, and it draws 3.8 mA typical at 1.8 V and 20 MHz. It includes standby and output-enable control, startup time up to 5.5 ms, and RMS period jitter as low as 1.6 ps typical at 75 MHz.
