Surface-mount Schottky barrier rectifier provides 2.0 A average forward current and 60 V peak repetitive reverse voltage. The device uses guard-ring die construction and a patented interlocking clip design for transient protection and surge-current capability. It is housed in a PowerDI 123 molded plastic package with matte tin annealed terminals and moisture sensitivity level 1. Electrical ratings include 50 A non-repetitive peak forward surge current, 0.62 V maximum forward voltage at 2.0 A and 25°C, and operation from -65°C to +150°C. The device has a lead-free finish, RoHS compliance, and green molding compound with halogen- and antimony-free construction.
