The DG9421EDV-T1-GE3 is a high precision, low-voltage, single-pole/single-throw (SPST) analog switch designed to operate from a 2.7 V to 12 V single supply or ± 2.7 V to ± 6 V dual supplies. It features low on-resistance (2 Ω at 12 V), fast switching speeds (tON: 22 ns, tOFF: 28 ns), and low charge injection. The device is manufactured using BiCMOS wafer fabrication technology and includes > 2000 V ESD protection.
