The DS1810-5/T&R is a simple reset/power-on reset IC with a totem-pole output, suitable for through-hole mounting. It operates over a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C and is available in a TO-92-3 package. The device monitors a single voltage and provides an active low reset signal when the supply voltage falls below 4.5V or exceeds 4.75V. It consumes a maximum supply current of 40uA and is not radiation hardened.
