Miniature lens with integrated holder for Luxeon Rebel series LEDs produces a tight real spot beam of approximately ±9° FWHM. The optical-grade PMMA lens offers high UV and temperature resistance up to 105 °C, while the black polycarbonate holder carries small position pins for alignment. Optical efficiency reaches up to 90%, and the assembly measures 9.9 mm in diameter and 6.8 mm in height. It attaches to the PCB with an epoxy- or polyurethane-based adhesive.
