The FTLF8526W4BTL SFP+ transceiver is a high-performance, hot-pluggable optical module designed for wireless applications such as CPRI, OBSAI, and LTE. It supports bi-directional data links up to 8.5 Gb/s, though it is optimized for 6.1 Gb/s data rates over multimode fiber. The device features an 850nm Oxide VCSEL laser transmitter and built-in digital diagnostic functions available via a 2-wire serial interface. Enclosed in a metal housing for low EMI, it is designed to operate over an extended industrial temperature range from -40°C to 85°C using a single 3.3V power supply.
