Water-cooled aftercooler cools high-temperature compressed air from compressors to 40°C or less while removing moisture from wet air. The 110 size is rated for 110 kW screw compressors or 75 kW reciprocating compressors and uses a 3B JIS 10K FF flange air connection. Flow capacity is 18000 l/min at 50°C and 70°C inlet air temperature, 14000 l/min at 100°C, and 11000 l/min at 180°C under catalog conditions. The unit operates with compressed air and industrial or tap cooling water, includes an outlet air thermometer, and uses a built-in drain separator for condensate removal. The D suffix specifies a normally open auto drain option.
