A 26-conductor round conductor flat cable in the HF625 series uses 28 AWG tinned stranded copper conductors (7 x 36 AWG) on 1 mm pitch, permitting mass termination to metric IDC connectors. Dark gray halogen-free polyolefin insulation provides a low smoke zero halogen (LSZH) construction with a -40°C to 105°C operating temperature range and a UL horizontal flammability rating. Rated 300 V in the USA, 150 V in Canada and below 50 V in the EU, the cable exhibits 85 Ω unbalanced characteristic impedance, 60.5 pF/m capacitance and greater than 1 x 10^10 Ω/3 m insulation resistance. The zippable cable is supplied in standard 30 m and 100 m rolls.
