Molded-case circuit breaker provides thermal-magnetic protection for distribution applications with a 40 A line rated current and three-pole construction. The breaker is rated for 25 kA interrupting capacity at 600 VAC under UL 489 and supports 50/60 Hz systems. Plug-in line and load connections, toggle control, and an 80 percent continuous current rating are provided. The black unit measures 6.4 in high, 4.09 in wide, and 3.4 in deep, weighs 4.9 lb, and operates from -25 to 70 °C. It is CE marked and certified to UL, CSA, NOM, and IEC 60947-2 standards.
