The HVD3206A is a high voltage differential probe designed for safe and precise floating measurements in power electronics. It features high common-mode rejection ratio (CMRR) across a wide frequency range, 1% gain accuracy, and an integrated ProBus interface for power and communication with the oscilloscope. It includes an AutoZero disconnect switch to calibrate out small offset drifts without removing leads from the device under test.
